PhysioEx incorporates tailored exercise programs, nutritional advice, forums, fitness tests and for certain members direct contact with a physiotherapist. We design programs to get the most out of exercise in the shortest time because after all we do not have too much time on our hands. PhysioEx designs programs from weight loss to bodybuilders and everyone in between. Our programs involve regular changes to both exercises and the programs to ensure the highest commitment your program.
Memberships at gyms, health clubs, exercise communities or simply a Swiss ball at home are excellent for your health however if you do not have an effective program to follow you will find it difficult to achieve exactly what you set out to achieve. With fees for one on one contact (e.g. from trainers, physio's etc) increasing and the requirement to have multiple sessions over training sessions, this can lead to a significant expense.
Our programs skip this person and give you modern programs prescribed by a physio/exercise scientist that are well researched and provide fast results. We allow you to one month choose to do pilates exercises then change (if you wish) to gym or swiss ball etc. Our programs change to keep interest and motviation, but allow you time to develop.
