When exercising, the correct form of a specific movement or exercise allows maximal stress on the targeted muscles and minimizes the chance of injury. By following a correct and safe form of movement there is a reduction in the risk associated with injury and you will see results faster. In the Exercises section we demonstrate all of the exercises in their correct form. This includes both an exercise description and an image. Exercise demonstrations include gym exercises, Pilates exercises, medicine ball exercises, plyometric exercises, resistance band exercises and Swiss ball exercises.
